Obituary for Patricia M Zele
Funeral Mass for Patricia M. (nee Shay) Zele, 79, of Mentor, will be 11 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Father Michael Troha will officiate.
Patricia passed away Friday, July 23, 2021, at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
She was born June 26, 1942, in Cleveland.
Patricia was a loving mother, grandmother, and dear friend to many and will be greatly missed by all.
She was the companion of Ed Figler; loving mother of Richard (Melissa) Zele, Nicholas Zele, Brian (Angie) Zele, Scott (Jenny) Zele, Jennifer Carafa, and Jackie Zele; cherished grandmother of Andrew and Daisy Dean, Lacey and David Zele, Tyler, Breen and Laken Zele, Taylor, Reaghan and Anna Zele, Josh and Caleb Carafa, Vincent and Cameron Ranallo; sister of Judy (George) Goodrich, Rita (Sam) Paul and Linda Shay; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Frances (nee Bizil) Shay.
Family will receive friends from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
