Obituary for Patricia Ann Rowell
Patricia Ann (nee Loesh), 89, of Willoughby, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 28, 2023, in the presence of her loving family.
Born Jan. 16, 1934, in Erie, Pa., she had lived in North Carolina before moving to Breckenridge Village in Willoughby eight years ago.
Patricia enjoyed traveling to Europe, cruises, and family outings with her nieces and nephew. She was active in The Young Women’s Club and PTA. Patricia was also very creative and loved crafting and sewing. She raised her children in Westport, Conn., and later retired to Hendersonville, N.C., where she loved life for 19 years before moving to Breckenridge Village in Willoughby to be closer to family.
She was the beloved mother of Debora Sue Kos of Rancho Mirage, Calif., Cynthia Ann Sallee of Fullerton, Calif, Gregory Kirk Rowell of Lake Meade, Pa., and Diane Williams of New York City, N.Y.; cherished grandmother of Lindsay, Marly, Corrinne, Alexandra, Lauren, Kira, Danielle, Jake, Sam and Eric; great-grandmother of Olivia, Sadie and Sonny; dear sister of Carol (Ray) Taylor and Thomas (Cathy) Loesch; and aunt of Gordon Taylor, Natalie Swol and Christina Gambatese.
Patricia was preceded in death by her daughter, Maureen Lynn (Sergio); parents, Lawrence and Cecelia (nee Zielwski) Loesch; and brother, Lawrence Jr. and John Loesch.
Burial will be private.
