Obituary for Mary Louise Bryndal

Funeral Mass for Mary Louise Bryndal (nee Reminder), 91, of Willoughby, will be 10 a.m. Friday June 17, at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Mary Lou passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Thistle House Senior Living in Chardon, where she received loving care.
Born May 2, 1931, in Cleveland, she had been a Lake County resident for 66 years where she resided in Willoughby.
Mary Lou was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Willoughby, where she was a member of the Church Choir. She was an auxiliary member of the Legion of Mary and the Mother Theresa Society, where she helped with funeral luncheons at the church. Family was very important to her, she loved dancing with her husband (Ed) and spending time with all of her grandchildren. Mary Lou enjoyed reading, cross stitch, and working on crossword puzzles, but most of all she was a “Great Cat and Dog Lover.”
She was the beloved wife of the late Edward R. Bryndal (dec. 2016); loving mother of Jim (Pam) Bryndal, Jerry (dec. 2021) (MaryAnne) Bryndal, Jeff (Julie) Bryndal, Joanne (Dick) Thomas, Joel (Bianka) Bryndal, Janice (Tom) Silvaroli, and John (Emi) Bryndal; cherished grandmother of Jocelyn (Matthew), Natalie, Rory, Clay (Julie) Rebecca (Alex), Anna Christine (Joe), Joseph (dec.), Ross (Sarah), Pamela (Andrew), Kyle, Kate (Bill), Anna, Anthony (Karen), Brian, Andrew (Noelle), Amy (Ray), Steven (Kim), Josie, Joshua, Daniel, Yuki, Ray, Sarah and Noah; cherished great-grandmother of Rhett, Solomon (Kadia), Isaac, Cross, Pearl, Sebastian, Quinton, Tyron, Pryce, Jeremy, Mason, Ethan, Izabella, Cameron, Gracie, Caden, Hanna, Lys, Camryn, Rylee, Kingston, Nolan, Talan, Levi, Vincenzo, Leo, Owen, Gabriella and Emmaline; aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Leo A. and Mary E. (Schirmer) Reminder; and siblings, Jean Reminder, Gertrude (Les) Paul, Paul (Randy) Reminder and Betty (Robert) Stenger.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Burial will follow Mass at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
