Obituary for Louise C Davis

Louise C. (nee Peskurich) Davis, 97, of Euclid, passed away Monday, Nov. 15, 2021. She left this world from the peace, love and comfort of her daughter’s home in Mentor.
She was born Nov. 1, 1924, in Johnstown, Pa.
Louise was loved for living her life on her own terms, with great spunk, spirit and a bit of sass. She also enjoyed reading, gardening and coloring. Louise was a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan and watched the games faithfully at the Eagles Club, dressed in full Browns regalia ringing her bell.
She was a 30-year retired employee of GM Fisher Body.
Louise was the loving mother of her adoring daughter, Debbie Davis (Robert Glenn Nolan). As the youngest of her siblings, she was the cherished “Aunt Babe” to her nieces and nephews, Lawrence Modic, Kelly Modic, Lorraine (Gary) Hoffman, Phillip (Laurie) Holzman, Jeffrey (Jean) Getz, Alice Jean (Douglas) Pescuric, Sharon Krofina, Stefanie (Laszlo) Szappanos, and Mark (Cornella) Krofina.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Louise (nee Yankovic) Peskurich; 11 siblings; and niece, Diane (Allen) Biehler.
Family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby, with a Prayer Service at 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers contributions in her name are suggested to the Hospice organization of your choice.
