Funeral Mass for Gerard John Miller, 92, of Willowick, will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 22, at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 32114 Vine St., Willowick.
Gerard passed away Monday, March 18, 2024.
He was born Oct. 7, 1931, in Cleveland.
Gerard was a graduate of Cathedral Latin High School. He was a proud U.S. Air Force Korean War veteran and a St. Mary Magdalene basketball coach.
He was the loving father of Timothy, Thomas and Daniel; cherished grandfather of Madelynn, Thomas, Justin, Brandon and Lily; brother of Jerry (his identical twin); uncle of many and Godfather of Darlene (nee Miller) McLean.
Gerard was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Edythe (nee Tomorwitz) Miller; and siblings, Alfred Jr., Shirley and Russ.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby. Burial will follow the Mass at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
