Georgianne had a unique way of looking at the world, independent and free. She had a keen sense of style that exuded confidence in fashion and home furnishings that offered great conversation pieces. Her fashion sense wasn't restricted or restrained, her style was sharp, colorful and outspoken. Some of Georgianne's hobbies were interior design, travel, natural health, gardening, and handcrafting jewelry which included the art of wrapped metal using genuine stones and beach glass that instilled modern design and inspiration from nature (Kazmir Designs), her unique works of art were on display with All Matters Gallery in Chagrin Falls. Georgianne also volunteered her time and horticultural skills at Holden Arboretum in Kirkland, while forging meaningful friendships with staff and fellow volunteers. Georgianne had a love for animals as well, she spent times of reflection, riding and grooming of horses with Legacy Equestrian Center in Chester Township, and greatly cherished her dogs, Bear and Buddy.
Georgianne leaves behind her four very loving children, Deborah (nee Kazmir) Criger, Jeffrey (Sue Ellen) Kazmir, Lisa Belew, and
Christopher (Carlene) Overly; grandchildren, James Criger, Brittany Nicole Gray (Jon Talor), Perry Kiraly, Kendra Sue Burns, Kayla Ellenberger, Matthew (Miranda) Overly (Miranda), Nick (Erin) Stewart (Erin), Austin (Claryn) Stewart, Anthony Caputo, and Colton Belew; siblings, Timothy L., and Mark (Chantal); nieces and nephews, Beverly, Renee, Timothy Jr., and Mauricio Katrinak.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Carl and Anna Rossbach, who raised her; and siblings, Roderick and Jerome. At a young age, Georgianne was married a short time to Gerald P. “Jerry” Kazmir, who is also deceased.
The family would love to give voice to Georgianne’s dearest friends, Donna Drozda (Brenda Davidson) in Virginia Beach, who were kind and supportive for over five decades. And they would also like to include other friends and confidants that the family has never met, although heard about, and extend a warm thank you for their faithfulness, support and kindness to Georgianne, who had a deep desire to make it her life work to emphasize kindness to others and wouldn't think of harming a soul.
Should anyone desire to make any donations in memory of Georgianne, please do so with an animal shelter of your choice.
