Funeral Mass for Elizabeth M. “Biz” Dougherty, 61, of Willowick, will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 18, 2023, at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Biz passed away Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023, at UH Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born April 11, 1962, in Cleveland, she had lived in Euclid before moving to Willowick 10 years ago.
Biz was the beloved companion of Robert A. Ventura; dear sister of Maryann (James) Krakora of Bay Village, Catharine (John) Zbiegien of Mayfield Village, Daniel Dougherty of Euclid and Andrew Dougherty of Solon; and cherished aunt of Rachel Krakora, Rebecca Gjostein, Christopher Krakora, Andrew Krakora, Claire Roush, Margaret Zbiegien, Mary Zbiegien, Colleen Slattery, Sarah Niekamp, Grace Yuellig, Rachel Zbiegien, Stephanie Cahill, Megan Gettinger, Kaithlyn Hummer, Matthew Dougherty, Sean Dougherty, Phillip Dougherty, Christopher Dougherty, Isabel Dougherty, Stephen Dougherty and Mary Theresa Dougherty.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel F. and Elizabeth H. (nee Harcher) Dougherty; and sister, Veronica Dougherty, who passed away in 2016.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
