Obituary for Deenay Anthony Kaleal

Deenay Anthony Kaleal, 72, of Mentor, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023, at UH Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born July 17, 1950, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Lake County for 35 years.
Deenay was a member of the National Auto Dealer’s Association. He loved helping people and was a very generous man to family and friends. He also loved golf, had the gift of gab and was a lover of food.
He was the beloved husband of 49 years to Karen L. (nee Brill) Kaleal; loving father of Deenay Robert Kaleal (Monica Elder); cherished son of Yolanda (nee Pompignano) Kaleal; dear brother of Bob (Cathy) Kaleal, Gracie Kaleal, Cheryl Clark, Susan (Tom) Griffith, and Brett (Donna) Kaleal; and uncle of nieces and nephews. He was also leaves his granddog, Krosslee.
Deenay was preceded in death by his father, Robert Kaleal; brother, Jimmy Kaleal; brother-in-law, Jim Clark; and granddog, Kallee.
Family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), in Mentor, where a funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be private.
