David A. Smith, 60, of Concord Township, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Mentor Ridge Assisted Living (ProMedica).
Born March 23, 1963, in Euclid, he had been a lifetime resident of Lake County, living in Wickliffe before moving to Concord Township.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, was a very kind person and always put others before himself.
David was the loving son of Alice L. (husband, David) (nee Ladner) Leslie, and David G. Smith; dear brother of Denise Smith and Douglas (Lisa) Smith; cherished uncle of Jeff Smith and Lauren Smith; great-uncle of Ava Smith.
Services will be private.
