Charles Arthur “Charlie” Allman Jr., 68, of New Philadelphia, passed away Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022.
He was born Aug. 4, 1954, to Flora Kathline (nee Butcher) and Charles Arthur Allman Sr.
He is survived by his son, Michael (Alexandra); granddaughter, Serena; sister, Sue Parson (Darrell); and best friend, Robin Sweeney.
After his retirement from Paramont Machine Company, he enjoyed golfing, watching sports and seeing live music.
A celebration of life is planned for the Spring of 2023.
