Obituary for Camillia Ann Salerno
Memorial Mass for Camillia Ann (nee Germano) Salerno, 79, of Willoughby Hills, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023, at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor.
Camillia passed away Aug. 7, 2023, at her home.
Born June 6, 1944, in Cleveland, she had been a lifetime resident of Lake County.
Camillia was a Godly woman and loved the Lord. She also loved her family and grandchildren dearly, enjoyed traveling, parties, craft and talking politics. Camillia was a very kind woman and would give you the shirt off her back.
She was the loving mother of Jonathan J. (Barbara) Salerno Jr., Stephen M. (Lisa) Salerno and Joseph N. Salerno (Sherry Zver); cherished grandmother of Christopher (Kellie) Salerno, Kimberly Salerno (Ian O’Malley), Racquell (Marquise) Cunningham, Elaina Salerno, Isabella Salerno, Kaitlin (Glenn) Haines, Hannah Jepson (Connor Harkness), and Jacob Jepson; great-grandmother of Gabriella, Emilia, Zyah, two little-ones-on-the-way, Maylen and Jack; sister-in-law of Martha Germano and Kathy Germano; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
Camillia was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Angela (nee Simonetta) Germano; and siblings, Joanne (Bill, dec.) Simpson, Michael Germano and Victor Germano.
