Bobbie Jean Rizer, known to most as “MawMaw” was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She left this Earth Dec. 17, 2021, unexpectedly.
Born in the mountains of West Virginia, she eventually settled into Ohio and started her family.
She was the proud mother of four children, Alan Wayne Gardner, Cindy LaGrew, James Rizer Sr., and Lisa Marie Rizer, a cherished grandmother of 44 grandchildren; and was even a great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She also had nine sisters and one brother.
Bobbie Jean took pride in all of the things that she did and accomplished in her life in her younger years, was a fantastic bowler and even won a trophy for having a perfect game. She loved to go out and line dance and sing. Bobbie Jean had a heart of gold and would help anyone who needed it.
In her later years, she spent her days in her home with her cats that she cherished so much. She was always there to give an ear for anyone who needed it.
