Funeral Mass for Audrey Ann (nee Wortman) Cook, 88, of Eastlake, will be 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 21, 2020, at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Audrey passed away Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, at Grand River Health & Rehabilitation Center in Painesville.
Born Aug. 9, 1932, in Cleveland, she had been a resident of Lake County for 68 years, living in Willoughby before moving to Eastlake.
She loved to golf and bowl. Audrey was also a member of the Isabella Guild of the Knights of Columbus Wickliffe Council.
Audrey was the loving mother of David (Jane) Cook of Mentor, Thomas Cook (Deborah Miller) of Willowick and Linda (Duane) Piert of Eastlake; cherished grandmother of Dianna and Jennifer, David Jr., Christopher, Stephanie, Matthew and Bryan Cook; and great-grandmother of Madison, Christopher, Matthew, Connor and Milla.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Glen Cook in 1996; son, Glen Cook (Linda Freedman, dec.); parents, Ivan Andrew and Nevad Lois (nee McNeil) Wortman; two sisters; and two brothers.
