Obituary for Annette Furlong
Funeral Mass for Annette (nee Soper) Furlong, 82, of Mentor, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023, at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor.
Annette passed away Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023, at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Annette was a member of St. John Vianney Church in Mentor and her family was most important to her.
She was the loving mother of Cynthia L. Reed, Melanie Furlong and Kimberly A. Furlong; cherished grandmother of Jerome Reed; dear sister of Sarah (Alan) Borsuk, Donna (Michael) Jacobs and Carole (Joseph) Waldron; and aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Annette was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerome E. Furlong in 2000; and parents, Thomas and Carmella (nee Lombardo) Soper.
Burial will follow the Mass at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name are suggested to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.
