Obituary for Adelaide Fusco
Funeral Mass for Adelaide (nee Luciani) Fusco, 84, of Kirtland, will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Divine Word Catholic Church, 8100 Eagle Road, Kirtland. Father Dave Woost will officiate.
Adelaide passed away Monday, March 7, 2022, at her residence with her family by her side.
Born Sept. 28, 1937, in Ellwood City, Pa., she had been a resident of Lake County for 56 years, living in Willoughby and Mentor before moving to Kirtland.
She was a member of Divine Word Catholic Church and enjoyed arts and crafts.
Adelaide was the beloved wife of 61 years to Ronald S. Fusco; loving mother of Christopher R. Fusco and Matthew P. (Gina) Fusco; cherished grandmother of Matthew and Gracie; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Zefferino and Mary (nee Dileonerdo) Luciani; and siblings, Ralph (Mary, dec.) Luciani and Anna (Walter, dec.) Mason.
Family will receive friends from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), in Mentor. Burial will follow the Mass at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name are suggested to Tunnels to Towers, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
