- Funeral services for Lottie Mae (Frazier) Hayslip, 89, of Eastlake, will be 11 a.m. Monday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St., (Route 615, north of Route 2), Mentor. Mrs. Hayslip passed away Thursday, July 8, 2010, peacefully at home. Born June 13, 1921, in McDowell, Ky., she had been a Lake County resident for 44 years living in Leroy forever before moving to Eastlake four years ago. Lottie had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed crafts, especially hand crafts. She was the loving mother of Nana F. (David) Metzger of Eastlake, Richard E. Baldridge of Lakewood, Patricia Anne (Mike) Pahula of Madison and Michael Robert (Cheri) Baldridge of Chardon; grandmother of 15; great-grandmother of 18; and great-great-grandmother of one. She was also survived by many many friends who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Earsel Baldridge in 1985; second husband, Robert Irvine in 1988; third husband, Verl Hayslip in 2001; parents, Grover and Judith (Fouts) Frazier; three brothers; and four sisters. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mentor Cemetery.
