- Eileen Connell died peacefully at home surrounded by the love of her family Feb. 10, 2010. She was born April 17, 1932, in Cleveland. Eileen was a lifelong resident of Willoughby. She was a devoted and faithful member of Immaculate Conception Church. Eileen was a volunteer at Lake Health. She enjoyed traveling and took pride in her grandchildren. Eileen is survived by her daughters, Linda (Dominic) and Jennie (Ray); grandchildren, Donovan, Daniel, Jennifer and Robert; and great-granddaughter, Cassandra. She is also survived by her sisters, Violet (Gerald), Margaret (Edward), Kathleen (Thomas) and Joseph (Ruth). Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615 north of Route 2), Mentor. Mass of Christian Burial will be held noon Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church in Willoughby. Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
