Funeral Mass for Mirko Pavlak, 79, of Cleveland, will be 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 8540 Mentor Ave., Mentor. Fr. Tom Elsasser will officiate. (Family and friends are asked to please meet at church.)
Mr. Pavlak passed away Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017, at his home with his family at his side.
Born Oct. 27, 1938, in Grab, Bosnia, Hercegovina, he had been a resident of Cleveland for the past 55 years.
Mirko was the loving husband of 56 years to Anica (nee Grbavac) Pavlak; dear father of Zeljko (Mariellen) Pavlak and Zdenka Pavlak; cherished grandfather of Katarina; brother of Mila Vukojevic, Delfa Dugandzic and Blagicia Willesch; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cvitan and Sima (nee Markotic) Pavlak.
