James N.  Brindley
Celebration of Life service for James N. Brindley, 67, of Willoughby will be 7:30 p.m. Saturday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Jim passed away Wednesday Aug. 30, 2017 at his residence with his family at his side.
Born Dec. 6, 1949 in Cleveland, he was a lifetime resident of Lake County living in Willoughby.
Jim was a semi-truck driver for 30 years and owner operator for 11 years.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, loved muscle cars, especially his 1970 Duster, and his dog, “Lily”.
Jim was the loving father of Dawn M. (Dennis) Kobasuk, Danielle M. (Frank) Homway, James N. (Jana) Brindley Jr., and Devyn M. (Andrew) Munk; cherished grandfather of Samantha, Sara, Alexis, John, Kaylee, Corey and Jordan and great grandpa; brother of Daniel (Cheryl) Brindley, Kathy (Ken) Schmidt and Denise (Dale) Fross; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Doreen Marie (nee Silc) Brindley; granddaughters, Alyssa and Amanda; parents, Chester and Arlene (nee Hoffman) Brindley; and brother, Michael Brindley.
Family will receive friends from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
