Obituary for Lenora M Schwab-Hale
Funeral Mass for Lenora Marie (nee Baltus) Schwab-Hale, 85, of Willoughby, will be 9:30 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Lenora passed away Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, at Kemper House Highland Heights.
Born May 16, 1932, in Euclid, she had been a resident of Lake County for the past 62 years.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Willoughby, where she was also a member of the Ladies Court of Mary. Lenora loved bingo, enjoyed playing cards and was a former volunteer at Lake West Medical Center.
She was the beloved wife of 11 years to LeRoy L. Hale; loving mother of Thomas L. (Dianne) Schwab and Linda M. (Donald) Hobbs Schwab; grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother of many; sister of Joanne (Matt) Pickett; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
Lenora was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas A. Schwab in 1976; and parents, Leonard and Josephine (nee Petrovic) Baltus.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Burial will be in Willoughby Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name are suggested to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110, or Kemper House Highland Heights, 407 Golf View Lane, Highland Heights, OH 44143.
