Private family services were held for Paulette M. (nee Harvil) Polasko, 70, of Eastlake.
Mrs. Polasko passed away Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
She was born April 24, 1946, in Cleveland.
She was the loving mother of Rene Polasko, Michael P. (Stacy) Polasko, Joel D. (Donna) Polasko, and Robert S. Polasko; cherished grandmother of Tyler and Karen; sister of Ann, Alice and Glenda; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
Paulette was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael Polasko in 2006; and parents, Paul K. and Daisy M. (nee Ledbetter) Harvil.
Burial will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville.
