Obituary for Robin Lynette Nicely

Robin Lynette Nicely, 56, of Eastlake, passed away Jan. 5, 2017.
She was born March 17, 1960, at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejuene in Jacksonville, N.C.
Robin was selfless, caring, and compassionate. She worked 34 years as a trauma nurse. Her accomplishments were as follows: 22 years at Huron Road ER and awarded for her clinical excellence, eight years at Lake Hospital and awarded for her clinical excellence, two years at Kaiser Permanente, and two years at Health Span. Her favorite saying was, “treat all your patients like family.”
Robin loved being a South Rebel mom. Her passion could be heard for miles and miles.
Robin was the beloved wife of Timothy Nicely; devoted mother of Patrick Ian Nicely (fiancé Rebecca Jones); cherished daughter of Frances Delaney of Concord Township; a beloved sister-in-law, aunt of 15, and great-aunt of eight.
She was preceded in death by her dear father, Edward Delaney; and brother, Shaun Delaney.
The family wishes to thank everyone for all the thoughts and prayers on behalf of Robin during her illness and passing.
