Funeral Mass for Jeffrey DiFranco, 64, of Mentor, will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor.
Mr. DiFranco passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Born Dec. 4, 1951, in Cleveland, he had been a Lake County resident for the past 31 years, living in Mentor.
Jeff was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Mentor and Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed gardening, golf and his dogs, “Pegasus” and “Jack.”
Mr. DiFranco worked in the maintenance department at Lake Catholic High School for 20 years.
He was the beloved husband of 28 years to Kathleen E. (nee Mangino) DiFranco; brother of Gary (Angie) DiFranco, Lynn Sapanaro and Mark (Angela) DiFranco; brother-in-law of Karen (John) Sarosy, Joseph (Wendy) Mangino, Nicholas (Carol) Mangino and Laurie Winterscene; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Anna (nee Angelone) DiFranco; mother-in-law, Eileen (nee Stevenson) Mangino; and brother-in-law, Dan Sapanaro.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Burial will be in Mentor Cemetery.
