Obituary for Charlotte Frankowski

Charlotte Frankowski, born January 10, 1927, left this world to be with the Lord and her beloved husband, Joseph April 24, 2015, surrounded by her daughters. Charlotte was a proud first generation Polish-American, a quintessential New Yorker, a devoted wife, and a loving mother who nurtured her three daughters to be the best because she would accept nothing less.She remained feisty to the end!
Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; parents Wicenty and Stanislawa Klimuszka; brother, Stanley (wife, Mary); and sister, Helen (husband, Charles) Atwell. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara (husband, Eric) Bishop, Susan, and Carol (husband, Darryl) Cherwinski; granddaughters, Monique and Natalie; and great-granddaughters, Tashiana and Nevaeh.
Charlotte's family would especially like to thank the caring staff at Blossom Hill Care Center.
The family will receive friendsfrom 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Rt. 615 North of Rt. 2), Mentor.
Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Gabriel Church, 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Rd., Concord Twp. Burial will be in Mentor Cemetery.
