Obituary for Leo J Selesky

Funeral Mass for Leo J. Selesky, 90, of Willoughby, will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Fr. Dennis McNeil will officiate the Mass.
Mr. Selesky passed away Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018, at Brookdale of Richmond Heights.
Born June 11, 1928, in Bittner, Pa, he had been a resident of Lake County for the past 41 years.
Leo was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and member of Immaculate Conception Church in Willoughby and V.F.W. Post 1500. He loved gardening and fishing, enjoyed reading and working around the house and was a history buff.
Mr. Selesky was a retired Greyhound Bus Lines mechanic.
He was the loving father of John J. (Amy, nee Chrosniak) Selesky; cherished grandfather of Cailyn and Logan Selesky; and uncle of Robert Gorjup.
Leo was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Wanneda Fay (nee Morton) Selesky; parents, Leo and Julia (nee Bosek) Selesky; and sister, Agnes Gorjup.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Burial will be in Whitehaven Memorial Park in Mayfield Village.
